i-thriv Account & Data Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your i-thriv account and all associated personal data, you may submit a request below.


Once your request is received, your account will be marked as “pending deletion.”
All eligible data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless certain information must be retained for legal, financial, or security reasons.

Important Notes About Account Deletion

  • You must not have any active or upcoming bookings at the time your request is submitted.

  • Some data may be retained when required by law (for example, payment records).

  • Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request:

  1. Your account will be marked “pending deletion.”

  2. You will no longer be able to access your account or book services.

  3. Your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required for tax, legal, or security purposes.

  4. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is completed.
