At i-thriv: Wellness, Anywhere, we provide in-home therapeutic massage services for individuals and families participating in California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP) throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Temecula Valley.

Our licensed and insured wellness providers travel directly to your home, creating a calm, safe, and familiar environment where your loved one can relax and receive supportive therapeutic bodywork without the stress of traveling to a clinic.

Many families find that in-home wellness services can support relaxation, sensory regulation, muscle comfort, body awareness, and overall well-being, especially for individuals who benefit from care in a familiar setting.

All sessions are provided in the home, and we bring everything needed for the appointment.

What to Expect

Each session is provided in the comfort of your home by a licensed and insured provider. We do our best to match each family with a provider based on location, schedule, comfort level, and service needs.

Families may request a male or female provider, depending on availability.

Our services are supportive and wellness-based and are not a replacement for medical care, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or behavioral therapy.

Working With SDP Families

i-thriv is a vendor that works with families participating in the Self-Determination Program and can coordinate with Financial Management Services (FMS) providers when our services are included in an individual’s spending plan.

How to Get Started

If you are part of the Self-Determination Program (SDP), getting started is simple:

  1. Speak with your Service Coordinator about adding therapeutic massage services to your spending plan.

  2. Request i-thriv: Wellness, Anywhere as your provider.

  3. Your Financial Management Service (FMS) provider can then contact us to begin the vendor onboarding process if needed.

  4. If your FMS is not listed, email us at info@i-thriv.com or join our interest list so we can review next steps.

Session Options for SDP Families

We offer flexible scheduling to support each individual’s needs:

  • 60-minute in-home session: $150 per session

  • Recurring 60-minute sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or twice weekly): $140 per session

Sessions are provided in-home by licensed providers, and we bring everything needed for a comfortable and supportive experience.

Scheduling, Billing & Session Planning

  • i-thriv: Wellness, Anywhere provides licensed and insured in-home therapeutic massage services for families participating in California’s Self-Determination Program. We support relaxation, sensory regulation, muscle comfort, and overall well-being by bringing compassionate mobile wellness services directly to the home throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Temecula Valley.

  • Sessions are scheduled based on provider availability in your area. Families may request weekly, bi-weekly, twice-weekly, or monthly appointments depending on the approved spending plan, provider availability, and the individual’s support needs. When possible, we like to keep clients on a consistent routine and recurring schedule, as many individuals benefit from predictable appointments and familiar provider support.

    Provider Availability


    If a provider needs to call out due to illness or an unexpected emergency, we will do our best to either send another available provider or help reschedule the appointment for the next available date that works for the family.

  • Billing is handled according to the family’s approved Self-Determination Program spending plan and the process required by their Financial Management Services (FMS) provider. If vendor onboarding or approval is needed before services begin, we will work with the family and FMS to complete those steps.

  • We ask families to provide as much notice as possible if a session needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Same-day cancellations may be subject to charge or may count as a used session, depending on provider hold time, scheduling impact, and FMS guidelines.

  • Invoices are typically sent once per month for approved services. We ask families to please approve or process invoices with their FMS within 24 hours of receipt to help keep scheduling active and uninterrupted.

    If invoices remain unapproved or unpaid, future appointments may be paused until payment status is resolved.
