What services do you offer?

We offer solo massage, couples massage, spa parties, facials, yoga (private or group), sound bath, vibroacoustic therapy, and chair massage. Each service can be customized to your needs!

How do I make a payment?

When you book, you'll complete payment securely through Stripe Checkout. You can save your card to your Profile for faster checkout on future bookings. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Question 3

How do I cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Go to your Appointments page, select the booking you want to cancel, and tap Cancel. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to your Profile page and scroll to the bottom—you'll see a Delete Account button there. This will permanently remove your account and all booking history.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

We don't have a direct reschedule option yet. To change your appointment time, please cancel the existing booking and create a new one with your preferred date and time.

What should I prepare for my appointment?

Just have a quiet, comfortable space ready. Our providers bring all the equipment—you don't need to prepare anything else. Just relax and we'll take care of the rest!

How are my payments processed securely?

i-thriv uses Stripe to securely process payments. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified service provider and uses industry-standard security controls for payment processing. Payment card information is processed by Stripe in accordance with its applicable security and compliance requirements. i-thriv does not directly store complete payment card numbers on its own systems — card data is tokenized by Stripe end-to-end.

What's included in the $150 starting price?

The $150 60-minute rate is all-in: a certified, insured professional travels to your home, hotel, or office with everything needed for the session. There are no travel fees, no booking or processing surcharges, no per-person markup on the base rate, and no mandatory or auto-added gratuity. Optional enhancements and Extended-Hours sessions are priced separately, and tipping is always your choice.

Does i-thriv charge travel, trip, or booking fees?

No. Our starting price has no travel, trip, or mileage fees and no booking, service, or processing surcharge. The price you see is the price for the session.

Question 10

Does i-thriv require a mandatory tip or add gratuity automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Tipping is never required and gratuity is never added to your bill automatically. If you choose to tip, 100% goes to your provider (minus Stripe processing fees) — but it is entirely your choice.

How does i-thriv pricing compare to Soothe, Zeel, and Blys?

i-thriv's $150 60-minute rate is flat and all-in — the price you see is the price you pay, and it includes the provider bringing a massage table, linens, and full setup. Soothe and Zeel do not publish a rate card; both quote dynamically by zip code and time at checkout. Soothe typically runs $99–$129 depending on the market, with an optional 15–20% tip prompted in the app, so a solo 60-minute session commonly lands around $115–$155. Zeel quotes roughly $105–$149 by city with tax and an 18% gratuity already built into the number. (Zeel acquired Soothe in January 2024, so those two brands are the same company.) Blys lists a $129 base rate for a standard 60-minute Swedish or deep tissue massage and adds a mandatory 10% processing fee, so the real total is $141.90 before any tip — plus documented surcharges for hotels, evenings, and weekends. Blys also advertises a $119 Thai/Reflexology tier ($130.90 with the 10% fee), but that is typically a no-table modality and is not the right comparison for a standard table massage. With i-thriv there is no market-by-market surge, no processing fee, and no expected tip — just $150.

When do Extended-Hours charges apply?

Extended Hours sessions — 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM – 12:00 AM — carry a $30 per person Extended-Hours Charge. The charge is non-refundable.
