How do I make a payment?

When you book, you'll complete payment securely through Stripe Checkout. You can save your card to your Profile for faster checkout on future bookings. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How do I cancel a booking?

Go to your Appointments page, select the booking you want to cancel, and tap Cancel. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to your Profile page and scroll to the bottom—you'll see a Delete Account button there. This will permanently remove your account and all booking history.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

We don't have a direct reschedule option yet. To change your appointment time, please cancel the existing booking and create a new one with your preferred date and time.

What should I prepare for my appointment?

Just have a quiet, comfortable space ready. Our providers bring all the equipment—you don't need to prepare anything else. Just relax and we'll take care of the rest!

What's included in the $150 starting price?

The $150 60-minute rate is all-in: a certified, insured professional travels to your home, hotel, or office with everything needed for the session. There are no travel fees, no booking or processing surcharges, no per-person markup on the base rate, and no mandatory or auto-added gratuity. Optional add-ons and Extended-Hours sessions are priced separately, and tipping is always your choice.

Does i-thriv charge travel, trip, or booking fees?

No. Our starting price has no travel, trip, or mileage fees and no booking, service, or processing surcharge. The price you see is the price for the session.

Does i-thriv require a mandatory tip or add gratuity automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Tipping is never required and gratuity is never added to your bill automatically. If you choose to tip, 100% goes to your provider (minus Stripe processing fees) — but it is entirely your choice.

How does i-thriv pricing compare to other mobile massage services?

Here's the catch with most mobile massage services: the "starting from" price you see isn't the price you pay. It's usually a per-person base rate, and by checkout you've picked up a booking or processing fee (often around 10%), a travel surcharge, per-person markups, and sometimes an automatic gratuity. i-thriv's $150 60-minute rate is all-in — what's advertised is what you pay, with only optional add-ons, Extended-Hours sessions, and tips (always your choice) ever separate.

When do Extended-Hours charges apply?

Extended Hours sessions — 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM – 12:00 AM — carry a $30 per person Extended-Hours Service Charge. The charge is non-refundable.
