Vibroacoustic Therapy is $150 standalone. When added as an enhancement to a massage booking, it's an extra $50 on top of the massage — your payout tier applies to that $50 upcharge on enhancement bookings.

Every new provider starts at Foundation. Tips (100% yours, minus Stripe fees) and the Extended-Hours Charge (100% pass-through) are on top of these figures. Group-rate services (Group Yoga, Sound Bath) show the flat session payout; every other service shows per-person payout. Live payouts on multi-provider or advanced-multi bookings may split further per the app's payout engine — your in-app payout breakdown is always the final word.

Refer a provider, earn $25

The provider referral program is completely separate from the client referral program — it's its own independent flow, for providers inviting other wellness professionals to work on i-thriv.
Get your referral code
Every approved provider gets a unique referral code auto-generated on their profile in the i-thriv app — no signup or extra steps required.
Share your code — two ways to join
Send your code to other wellness professionals. A new provider can join either by tapping your shared referral link, or by manually typing your referral code into the referral field on the provider signup form. Either way, it's logged as your invite.
Get paid when they complete their first booking
The credit doesn't fire on signup — it fires when the provider you referred completes their first booking as a provider. That's the trigger: it marks your invite as converted and pays you your $25 automatically. No cap — refer as many providers as you like and earn $25 each time.
Your unique referral code lives on your profile in the i-thriv app once you're approved. The reward amount and any future limit are managed by i-thriv and may change over time.
1. Open the i-thriv app or web portal
Available on iOS, Android, and any web browser. On the sign-in screen, tap "Become a provider" to start your registration.
2. Complete your registration
Share your services, experience, availability, and service areas, then upload your documents directly from your device:
- Valid government-issued ID
- CAMTC certification (CMT)Massage therapists must be CAMTC-certified. Other services: license or certification if required.
- Professional liability insurance
- Auto insurance ID card
- Auto insurance declarations page
- Signed W-9 tax formCompleted in-app during Stripe payout setup.
3. Onboarding & approval
Complete a short onboarding quiz and orientation video. Our admin team then reviews your documents, and once approved you'll set up your payouts and calendar and start accepting bookings.
Before you apply
Please make sure you have all required documents and information ready before starting your provider application, including your certifications (if applicable), identification, auto insurance, professional liability insurance, and any other onboarding requirements.
If you don't already have Professional Liability Insurance, we've included several insurance resources below. Every i-thriv provider is required to carry Professional Liability Insurance with at least $2,000,000 in coverage before accepting bookings.

Application window: To help make your onboarding smooth, we recommend gathering all of your required documents before you begin. Most providers complete their application in one sitting. If your application isn't completed within 7 days, it will automatically expire, and you'll simply need to start a new application and re-upload your documents.
Review process: Some applicants may be invited to a brief phone or video interview so we can get to know you, answer your questions, and ensure you're a great fit for the i-thriv provider network.
After approval
After you're approved, please add i-thriv Wellness Anywhere as an Additional Insured on your Professional Liability Insurance and upload your updated Certificate of Insurance. This helps ensure both you and i-thriv are properly covered while providing services booked through the platform.
