Membership benefits
10% off up to two eligible personal-service bookings each billing month
Qualifying solo or couples wellness bookings, up to $25 in savings per booking. Applies to the service price only — enhancements and add-ons are not discounted. Unused visits do not roll over and cannot be combined with other promotions.
One complimentary 15-minute extension each billing month
On one eligible 60-, 75-, or 90-minute personal-service booking (approx. $25 value). Subject to provider availability. Not available on group, corporate, 30-minute, or already-discounted bookings. Unused extensions do not roll over.
$25 birthday credit
Issued once per membership year during the birthday month. Membership must be active and in good standing. Must be used within 30 days of issue, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Priority booking
Priority consideration for appointment requests and preferred scheduling.
Pause or cancel after initial term
After the two-month introductory commitment, members may pause, resume, or cancel before their next billing date.
Gift one eligible session at member pricing each billing month
Member-priced booking can be used by the member or gifted to one friend/family member. Limited to one use per billing month.

Monthly member savings, a complimentary upgrade, and priority booking.
Your membership can pay for itself with one monthly booking: save $15 on a $150 massage and receive a complimentary 15-minute extension valued at approximately $25 — a combined value of approximately $40.
Limited-time introductory price for new memberships. Your monthly rate stays the same while your membership remains active and in good standing. We'll give advance notice before any change to your rate.

Membership discounts apply to eligible personal wellness bookings. Spa Parties qualify only when the party has more than 4 guests and is staffed by 1 or 2 providers. Corporate events, other group experiences, custom packages, gift cards, membership fees, taxes and gratuities are excluded unless otherwise stated.
The member discount may be used on up to two eligible bookings per billing month; all other benefits are limited to one use per billing month. Unused benefits do not roll over. The discount applies to the service price only — enhancements, add-ons, taxes and gratuities are not discounted — and is limited to a maximum savings of $25 per booking. Any issued credit must be used within 30 days of issue, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. Membership discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes or other offers. Appointments remain subject to provider and service-area availability. Membership fees are nonrefundable.
Existing Thriv Plus members automatically receive the new $29 introductory rate while their membership remains active.
Membership is started and managed in the i-thriv app or web portal — so billing, saved addresses, and your perks stay seamless and secure.

Member pricing does not stack with the New Client Special, Couple Special, sign-up credit, gift cards, referral credits, or promo codes — checkout applies whichever single discount saves you more. A discount is returned to you if that booking is cancelled or refunded.
