Independent Contractor Status
Disclaimer: i-thriv wellness providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of i-thriv: Wellness, Anywhere. Services booked through the platform are provided directly by independent wellness professionals. While i-thriv strives to maintain professional standards, each provider is individually responsible for the services they perform.
The full Independent Contractor Agreement
The complete Independent Contractor Agreement — covering scope of services, payouts, insurance and documentation requirements, conduct standards, and termination — is presented in full and accepted as part of provider onboarding. You review and sign it before your first booking, and any updates are re-presented to all active providers so everyone is always on the current version.
