From massage therapy and facials to spa parties and wellness experiences, i-thriv offers a private, convenient, and personalized way to relax, recharge, and feel your best.

  • At i-thriv: Wellness, Anywhere, the price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, ever. Your rate includes travel, setup, all supplies, and a licensed, insured provider so you can book with confidence. Tips are optional and go 100% to your therapist; extras are only by choice (like aromatherapy or hot stones).

    • Book 4+ hours in advance — gives providers time to prep and travel for a relaxed, on-time session.

    • Choose a nearby provider — reduces travel delays and increases availability.

    • Ensure easy parking/entry — allows smooth setup and more focus on your massage.

    • Prepare a quiet space (120 sq. ft.) — enough room for a massage table and movement.

    • Secure pets — avoids interruptions and keeps the environment calm.

    • Expect early arrival — therapists arrive ~15 minutes before your session.

    • Add-ons are per person — hot stones, aromatherapy, scrubs, etc. carry an extra fee.

    • Book in advance — for larger groups or if you’d like 2 providers, please book at least 12–24 hours ahead.

    • Session length & group size:
      • 30 minutes per person (minimum 8 guests)
      • 60 minutes (minimum 3 guests, up to 20)

    • Changes 7+ days before → no fee.

    • Same-day guest dropouts → charged in full.

    • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future event if rescheduled within policy.

    • A valid card is required to book your appointment.

    • The card on file will be charged once your provider arrives on-site.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the service fee.

    • Cards cannot be changed after booking — the card you enter at checkout remains on file for that appointment and all related charges.

    • Split or alternate payments (cash + card, switching cards, etc.) are not accepted.

    By booking with i-thriv: Wellness, Anywhere, you agree to these terms and authorize charges in accordance with this policy.

    • Cancel or reschedule 6+ hours in advance → no fee.

    • Cancel within 4 hours of a same-day booking → full charge.

    • No-show (after 15 min wait) → full charge.
