At i-thriv Wellness, Anywhere, the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden booking or service fees — your rate already includes travel, setup, and everything needed for your session. This fee also supports your licensed providers, our technology, customer support team, mobile app, website, and ongoing promotions so we can continue bringing wellness directly to you.

Tips are always optional and go 100% directly to your provider — you may tip in cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or online after your service. The only extras you’ll ever see are optional add-ons (like aromatherapy or hot stones).

Booking Rules

  • Book up to 4 hours in advance (sometimes 1 hour if available).

  • Individuals: Book ahead; same-day may be available.

  • Groups (6+): Book at least 8 hours in advance.

  • Cancel up to 4 hours before your session.

  • Same-day cancellations (incl. 1–3 hr bookings) are charged 100%.

  • A non-refundable deposit, card on file, or full payment is required.

Helpful Tips

  • Choose a provider closest to your area for faster service — their location is listed on each profile.

  • Ensure easy parking or entry for smooth setup.

  • Prepare a quiet, clutter-free space (120 sq. ft. minimum).

  • Secure pets to avoid interruptions during service.

  • Your therapist arrives 15 minutes early to set up.
