Every appointment is performed by California licensed and insured nail professionals using disposable nail kits and single-use tools for a clean, elevated experience every time. Your nail tech arrives with all supplies needed, so you can fully relax while we handle the details.

Express Detail (Waterless) — 20 Minutes
Signature Spa Ritual — 40 Minutes
Luxe Spa Ceremony — 60 Minutes
All services are priced per person, with minimum booking requirements based on the service level:
20-Min Express Detail (Waterless): minimum 3 guests
40-Min Signature Spa Ritual: minimum 2 guests
60-Min Luxe Spa Ceremony: minimum 2 guests
The price you see is the price you’ll pay. Travel is already included in your rate, and the only time your total changes is if you choose an optional upgrade or add-on.

This experience includes a fresh manicure and pedicure with detailed cuticle care, clean shaping, and a polished finish that helps you feel instantly more put together—without the salon rush.

At i-thriv, your comfort and safety come first. Every nail appointment is delivered with professional hygiene standards and a calm, intentional setup.
We use new, disposable files and buffers for every client, and all metal tools are fully cleaned, sanitized, and autoclaved after each service to ensure a fresh, sanitary experience every time. Disposable items—including foot files and toe separators—are single-use only and discarded after your appointment.

To ensure your appointment runs smoothly and your experience feels relaxed from start to finish, please review the following:
Travel fee is included in your service pricing.
All pricing is per person.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and secure your provider(s).
A card is required on file to confirm your booking.
All bookings are final and non-refundable.
If a guest in your group is unable to attend, their session cannot be refunded or credited, since provider time has already been scheduled and reserved.
For group bookings, we kindly ask that payment be made as one total (we do not accept individual payments).
Please confirm your final headcount before booking to avoid changes later.
Once your deposit is received, we will coordinate and confirm your provider(s) and timing.

This helps us create a schedule that feels smooth, fair, and organized—so everyone receives a quality service without feeling rushed. -
Each nail service is scheduled as:
Express Service: approximately 30 minutes per person (additional cost applies)
Standard Service: up to 60 minutes per person
To maintain clean standards and a consistent experience, our providers require 5–10 minutes between clients for sanitation, reset, and preparing for the next guest. We include this in your overall booking flow so every client receives the same level of care.
Timing matters for everyone.
We kindly ask that all guests are ready at their scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce service time in order to stay on track for the rest of the group and respect the provider schedule. -

Your safety and the safety of our providers matters. At the time of booking, we kindly ask that you disclose any medical conditions that may affect service. This includes, but is not limited to:
diabetes
open wounds
fungus
infectious disease
excessively thickened toenails
If our provider arrives and is unable to safely perform the service for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse service. In these cases, the appointment remains non-refundable, as time and staffing have already been reserved.
