Onboarding happens through the i-thriv app or web portal. Open it, tap "Become a provider", and you'll be guided through the entire process — from uploading your documents to the onboarding quiz and orientation video. i-thriv partners with certified, insured, and vetted professionals across Southern California.
What you get as provider on i-thriv
Keep 100% of your tips
Clients tip you directly — i-thriv takes no cut. Only a small Stripe processing fee is deducted.
The Extended-Hours Service Charge is 100% yours
Extended Hours sessions add an Extended-Hours Service Charge ($30 per provider) that passes through to you in full — i-thriv keeps none.
Earn more as you grow
Your service pay is set by your payout tier. As you build tenure and a strong track record on i-thriv, you can move up to a higher tier and earn more per session.
No booking or service fees taken from your pay
We don't charge booking or service fees, so nothing is skimmed from your pay — what you earn is yours.

100% of the Extended-Hours Service Charge passes through to the provider(s). It's charged once per provider on each appointment — so a session with multiple providers includes the charge for each.
Your exact payout — your tiered service pay, tips, and any Extended-Hours Service Charge — is always itemized in your in-app payout breakdown.
1. Open the i-thriv app or web portal
Available on iOS, Android, and any web browser. On the sign-in screen, tap "Become a provider" to start your registration.
2. Complete your registration
Share your services, experience, availability, and service areas, then upload your documents directly from your device:
- Valid government-issued ID
- CAMTC certification (CMT)Massage therapists must be CAMTC-certified. Other services: license or certification if required.
- Professional liability insurance
- Auto insurance ID card
- Auto insurance declarations page
- Signed W-9 tax formCompleted in-app during Stripe payout setup.
3. Onboarding & approval
Our admin team reviews your documents. Once approved, you'll complete a short onboarding quiz and orientation video, set up your payouts and calendar, and start accepting bookings.
Before you join
To breeze through the in-app registration, have the following ready:
- Valid government-issued ID
- CAMTC certification (CMT)
- Professional liability insurance
- Auto insurance ID card
- Auto insurance declarations page
- Signed W-9 tax form
- Reliable transportation
- Professional equipment and supplies
- Experience in your service category
- Ability to travel to client locations
- Agreement to i-thriv standards and policies
Once approved
All approved providers must add i-thriv as an additional insured on their professional liability insurance policy before accepting their first booking. We'll walk you through it during onboarding.
