Getting Started Is Easy
If you're interested in receiving massage therapy through the California Self-Determination Program, here's how to begin:
Step 1
Talk with your Independent Facilitator or Regional Center Service Coordinator to determine whether massage therapy supports your Individual Program Plan (IPP).
Step 2
Once approved, have your Financial Management Service authorize i‑thriv as your massage therapy provider.
Step 3
Complete our online SDP Intake & Service Agreement so we can coordinate with your Financial Management Service and begin scheduling your services.
Once we receive your intake, a member of our team will contact you to review your approved services, answer any questions, and schedule your first mobile massage appointment.
