Yoga in Inland Empire
Private for 1–2, or a class for your group. Delivered to your home, hotel, office, or vacation rental anywhere in Inland Empire — including Riverside, Corona, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario.
The Inland Empire is our widest region — a sweep of San Bernardino and Riverside counties covering Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, and San Bernardino alongside Riverside and Corona. Corporate chair massage for the area's logistics, warehouse, and office employers is a signature booking here, right next to at-home massage for families across its many bedroom communities.
Because the IE spans so many cities, we match you with the provider best positioned for your location and plan travel accordingly. For team and workplace events, give us a few days' notice so we can staff multiple providers for larger groups.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a private group yoga class beginner-friendly?+
Yes. Because the class is just for your group, your instructor plans a flow that works for the experience levels in the room and offers modifications throughout. First-timers are welcome — no one feels behind.
What is the difference between Private Yoga and Group Yoga?+
Private Yoga is a 60-minute session for 1 to 2 guests with focused 1:1 or 1:2 guidance. Group Yoga is a 60-minute class for 3 to 20 participants, priced as one flat rate for the whole group, not per person. You pick the option at booking — it is the same Yoga service.
Do you bring yoga mats?+
Yes — your instructor brings the mats and everything else needed for the session. You just clear the floor space.
How much space do we need for a group yoga session?+
Plan for about 25 square feet per person of clear floor space — roughly a mat plus room to extend arms. Living rooms, patios, backyards, hotel lawns, rooftops, and event venues all work.
Can we do yoga outside?+
Absolutely. Outdoor yoga is popular at vacation rentals, resort lawns, and rooftops across Southern California. A shaded or covered area is ideal — early morning or golden hour tends to be most comfortable.
Can we combine group yoga with a sound bath or spa party?+
Yes — pairing yoga with a sound bath savasana or a spa party is one of our most-requested event formats. Tell us your window and we'll help you sequence the day.
What style of yoga do you teach?+
Style is adjustable to your group. Common requests include gentle/restorative, all-levels vinyasa, slow flow, and energizing morning practice. Tell your instructor the vibe you want and any injuries in the group when booking.
