Sound Bath in Broward County

No. Sound baths require no experience, no special breathing, and no posture — you lie down, listen, and let the sound do the work. First-timers and skeptics are welcome.

An i-thriv sound bath runs about 60 minutes end-to-end: a short grounding introduction, roughly 45–60 minutes of sound, then a gentle return and time for questions.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can lie down in — no need to change. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket if you have them. We can advise on setup for larger groups.

Groups of 6 to 20 participants work best. Pricing is a single flat rate for the whole group, not per person, so larger groups get better per-guest value.

Anywhere quiet with room to lie down — living rooms, backyards, hotel suites and resort lawns, vacation rentals, corporate offices, coworking spaces, yoga studios, and event venues across Southern California and select other areas.

Sound baths are generally considered safe and gentle. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, a seizure disorder, severe tinnitus, or a recent concussion, check with your healthcare provider first and let your practitioner know so they can adjust volume and instrument choice.

No. While singing bowls and gongs have roots in several traditions, an i-thriv sound bath is presented as a secular relaxation and nervous-system reset experience — no chanting, mantras, or spiritual instruction unless you specifically request them.
