A sound bath is a guided listening experience in which a practitioner plays crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments while you lie still and let the sound wash over you. You aren't in water — the "bath" refers to being immersed in overlapping tones and vibrations from every direction.
Sessions are non-religious and require no experience. You stay fully clothed, lie on a mat with a pillow and blanket, and simply listen. Most people close their eyes; some drift in and out of a light meditative state.

Your practitioner arrives with everything needed — instruments, mats, bolsters, and eye pillows on request. After a short grounding intro, the sound portion runs roughly 45–60 minutes, followed by a gentle return and time for questions.
Sessions run best in a quiet room with dim lighting: a living room, backyard, hotel suite, studio, or office conference room all work. We recommend loose comfortable clothing, water nearby, and phones on silent.
